Yes indeed, the original by the Cockney Rejects is called I am Not A Fool. However, when we played it, the lyrics were changed to highlight "some people's" ignorance. If you listen to what Dean is actually singing in the chorus, you'll hear "I'm a bloody fool"
Hope that's cleared that one up
