Thanks for your comments....as you can see from (part1) it states these are Only THE 8 KEY Questions that should be asked in ALL History Taking. Obviously we agree that each HPI should include CC,Allergies and Meds Fhx, PMH,Social Hx , Med hx ,Surg Hx, biological functions affected,summary empathy ,reassurance, counseling & explaining .This video is to show ONLY How THOSE 8 questions can been seen in a HPI ( part 2.).. good points!!
