Personally I don't see that this particular speaker either exposed or defeated the other two. The sections of the Qurán that he quoted refer to the Jyzia tax -agreement- and whether or not non-believers pay it. Those who won't pay get mistreated. This is documented history from the Ottoman Empire. Those who did not pay the tax were persecuted. To use these verses in the way that he did, actually proves Shoebat's point. If the speaker were being truthful he would have mentioned the tax too.
