  • Vvery thought-provoking presentation, Mr. C. I am was inspired by the young men's enthusiasm for healthy foods, then saddened by all the hateful comments by those who feel we must eat this and not that or those one the 'other side' are considered less than human. I have struggled and studied a lot for many years about eating meat or not. Leaning to raw now, but it's a personal choice. Good words are just as important to health as good food.

  • 5:43 Why does the guy on the right give a look like "Uh yeah ok, sure man whatever you say. Hey, I'm really bored & can't wait for this interview to be over." Then the blockhead who comes in at 4:00 with the blank stare, playing with his bracelet towards the end like a child dying of boredom, sits there without any purpose. Why get on camera if you're not going to add anything to the discussion & not make any effort to at least appear interested?

  • The true thing that really ticks me off is that some of these people are very radical and think everyone should eat this way. Some people just want to enjoy themselves and some actually don't want to live very long lives. It all comes down to what you want and how you are going to achieve it.

  • In a lot of cultures they eat different groups of food at different times in the day (Ex. Judaism). In others they cut milk out after certain ages. Some cultures have thrived off of a mainly meat and alcohol diet (a remote tribe in South America). Organic and as natural as you can get it is pretty much the best way you can get food. Try staying away from processed food. Also, you have to portion your meals and eat more meals (the portioned meals).

  • This guys a a tool.

  • 'certified organic' has lost its standards these days. The main thing is to find good trustable growers, making sure they don't get hit by u know who, defend, make sure they keep their standards and if possible have your own gardens and decrease poisons in the air, waters, etc.

  • @rawlawgirl its the same folks who think spinach picked 6 days ago in cali and deliverd to nyc via refrigeration is still ''living'', dont take what underfed people say about health to seriously, esp people that have been at it for 3 years and are mostly 23 years old and shold feel n look great nomatter what they ate.

  • @safffff1000 its a great food but u have to watch out for campholobactor, my spelling is off just google it, folks have gone on raw milk for months like u and loved it, and im sure they felt great, but then they got a bad batch n were taking out for months and im talkking like half a year ofyour power sapped, just google raw milk n campolobator n youll see plenty, be very careful and id boil it first, its cow tit juice after all, i however eat raw egg yolks with little worry.

  • @sprookafook With all due respect, I read and learn but also try. While being in great health and pain free at 60 I decided to try living on just raw organic milk for 30 days. I drank 5 quarts a day of it and nothing else. I felt fine, no mucus build up, blood pressure dropped 20 points, had lots of energy and my psoriasis reduced 50% Unless one is wiling to experiment one doesn't know the whole truth

  • Honestly, this guy is just throwing around a bunch of big words to get people to buy his argument. If you've taken any advanced science courses you know that he really isn't saying very much.
