@Woulfe Well, think about it this way; In ST:TNG, Data informs on how television will become passe in the future. Perhaps you're right and this is one of the reasons. Besides, Im 47 and remember back in the mid 29th Century(say it in an un-emotional Vulcan-esque tone...) that there would only be 2 to 4 commercials per station brake. In the past few yrs, I've counted up to 10-11 commercials while watching some shows. Grrrr!

Sum aspects of this are really cool, like the Enterprise shooting the asteroids coming close to the ships. But if you wanna see sum really cool effects check PrfMoriarty;s stuff. Looks better than the stuff Paramount did. Really.
