@WheresMyXR8 less friction on all your parts because there's no chain, so your engine should be able to rev higher, run smoother, and create more hp, gear drive and a cam! oh my lol.

wow, thats loud... so whats the advantage with this setup?? some guys just like the way it sounds?? i always wondered.. it does sound cool on some cars, especially if theyr cammed.. i bet it gets annoying tho..

@oneglimmer the distributor and spark plug wires were all brand new, the reason why he had his hand on it was to try and find the exact placement for the distributor for proper firing. He was a mechanic in the Marines... and though I agree with you safety first, I assure you he knew what he was doing.
