Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By FAR the most depressing place I've lived in (roughly four years, at various times), especially during the winter months. Good music and arts scene, though. Great tune.

I live in Calgary, but I got loads of family in Winnipeg and visit there often! Wouldn't want to live there ;) but I do enjoy the city when I visit! :) Great song :)

And let’s not forget another great song “Bennie and the Jets” by Elton John. Of course he was referring to Bennie Hatskin and his courage to bring the great Bobby Hull to Winnipeg with the first million $ contract and put the ‘Peg on the Map. Everyone in Chicago was saying – where the xx#$%^ is Winnipeg anyway!
Oh did I mention there would be no Winnie the Pooh either without Winnipeg. Look it up!
