thanks man, great tip :) A good way to get your fingers freaking strong is rubiks cubing, look up some vids on youtube or my own, once you fast and you get really strong fingers :)

i have a question...when i train my arms pay attention to my rotator cup. 99% of people i seen punch/train, punch wrong being that they put stress on their cup. do you think that particular training you've shown put unneccassary pressure on your shoulders? it looks like it to me but i'm not sure bout how you feel while trainin.

No actually it has helped my rotator cups.I tore both of mine back in the early 90s doing bench press flyes.These drills can help you as long as you don't rush it.
