Basketball 101 with the lakers 1/20/2009(via my sister)

heres my sisters video from her time at basketball 101 with the lakers at staples center.

its a charity event in which you can go into the lakers locker room, meet the coaching staff including tex winter, kurt rambis, brian shaw, sparks head coach michael cooper, and head coach phil jackson. also jordan farmar, derek fisher, and luke walton run drills and show tips on their own game.

i think there is something wrong with my converter cause i tried uploading this 4 or 5 times at the high quality and each time, it would say error. i "down graded" it to try and make the upload faster but the sound is kinda off. oh well. enjoy it anyways.

@TheLakersfan2424 as far as this year, i think they already had it in january. but normally it goes on around all star break. if you aren't already on the lakers email listing, i would sign up to keep up to date on that.

@lakersfan2409 i have another video of me actually going to this event. this is a charity event held every year. it's a bit costly, but if you're diehard then it's something you might want to do at least once.

@lakersfan2409 its 550 bucks. theres a dinner, where you get to eat on the court, shoot some hoops, go to the locker room, meet some of the players and coaches, raffles and a gift bag. it's not for everyone, but i had a very fun time.
