Lotus 2 II RECS Genesis exclusive song (aka Lotus III Amiga)

[edit] Hey, before you rip on the Genesis/MD audio quality, understand that I've posted this BECAUSE I LIKE what the Genesis sounds like. I fully appreciate the audio quality that old Amigas were capable of, but that's not what this is about. I don't understand the hate, and it's unnecessary. Your Amiga is just fine, but I was and always will be a console gamer, and the Genesis is my favorite from back in the day; have some respect people, and don't be so negative.

Lotus III for Amiga was ported to the Genesis / Megadrive and renamed Lotus II R.E.C.S. (it was the second Lotus game seen on the Genny), and while it lost three songs from the original Amiga version (Metal Machine, Space Ninja, and Miami Ice), it picked up a fourth exclusive. To my knowledge, I believe it was a collaboration between Patrick Phelan, Lotus III's composer, and Barry Leitch, the original composer for the Lotus series.

I don't know if the song ever had a name, but I wanted to upload it. I love a lot of Leitch and Phelan's older work, and I don't know how many Amiga fans ever got to hear this song.

@nutellajunkie Yeah but everything is subjective, dude :P I never had an Amiga, so I wasn't a part of that whole scene, but I do love music from a ton of different Amiga games. I was always a console gamer, and the Genesis (MegaDrive) was my favorite back in the day... I love the audio hardware sega used (the Yamaha 2612 and Zilog 80 combo), and this is one of my favorite songs from a Genesis game :P

@nutellajunkie ... Yeah Boy!.... I'm a true Amiga fan, Amiga runs through my vains. nothing beats Amiga and never will, you can have your PS3 and 360's I's be happy with just my Amiga.. Every game was fun and you could play them every single day with out getting bored, the music you just turn up as loud as your system will let you. I still play my Amiga 500 today, Amiga will die with me.... Amiga is the future, now we are in the past, its all down hill from here. I LOVE AMIGA BABY YEAH !
