we have a 6.5 metre avon rib with an e-tec Honda 150 on the back, had it for 3 years and never had a problem with the engine. and anyway, when it comes to buying a boat, your basically spending most of the money on the engine. this boat you have is nice by the way :D ours weighs just over a tonne and we've got it up to 57mph before, trimmed up and on flat sea :L nice engines

i commercial fish on lake winnipeg all fisherman were recommended to parchase yamaha four stroke let me tell you something about the four stroke,10 tubs of fish weigh about 400 to 450 kg's round weight,using a 150 hp my dad buy's evinrude e-tec 115 hp with 31 tubs of fish weighing in at about 803 kg's with my helpers and my fishing equipment now thats hauling ass while im running late??
