I throughly LOVED the tips on using a basketball to stretch the quads and bum muscles. I bike ride to work everyday and this was a wonderful benefit to me.

I am uneven by 2 inches, so certain stretches are harder than others for me. Do you have any other suggestions. However, I enjoy working out with your videos. Our Inside Out Challenge has you as our featured workout.
