  • @BillyBobsEel I remember clearly what Brian had to say that very day over a year ago and I am just hearing this now! Brian! don't make me laugh! what a shill! what pride in his blue sports jackets! he as per usual denied denied denied. when it is clear to all involved that Mr Brown has secretly held a grudge against lamination machines and citric fruit for years. Someone told me that his favourite movie was public enemy with james cagney because of the famous grapefruit scene with mae clark.

  • @TheSunzuki1983 It's a prank call, bro. He wasn't trying to cause a hoax. It was pretty obvious.

  • Citric idiot!

  • Silly silly silly, the first clue that this was fake was that their was no media present.

Their would always be media present during something like that, always.

  • Robin Cooper is hilarious.

  • We found a colleague/friend/general likeness of Mr Cooper at the shop I work at...

    Search for snuffy biggles...

Unfortunately I can't embed on a comment, But you won't be disappointed.

  • Haha, brilliant.

Ah, so it was just a joke, prank call to a real radio station. Should have read the info box more carefully.

  • @Treblaine Robert Popper is a comedy writer and producer. He wrote the Timewaster's Letters and he does this sort of thing often for his blog.

I'm not sure either, was this a prank call as a joke? A tall tale from an attention hungry loner? Or is the entire thing a parody even the radio station?

Either way, it is so deadpan it is almost impossible to tell.

I just wonder if all this nonsense has an overall positive or negative effect on Labour's poll prospects.
