No they have not always dominated. The 90's and 2000's both were won by the packers. The rivalry has been in favor of the Packers ever since Brett Favre came to Green Bay. How many years in a row did the Packers beat the Bears at Soldier FIeld? Man I lost count. It was a shitload. I wasn't even around before the 90's so why would I care what went on before that? When its all said and done, the Packers will lead the all time series. Count on it! Its gonna be fun sweeping your asses!

well i got news for you packer fan, Favre isn't ur QB anymore, and u didn't "dominate" the bears in 2000's, u are only up by 3 games. Sure you had ur time during the 90's though not after being our bitch for the 80's and early 90's. Another interesting fact, you guys haven't swept the bears since 2003. Last time we swept you was 2006. The only reason the packers are over the bears is cuz 1. lions are weak, 2 your "hero" is on the vikings, and 3. we are full of key injuries.
