Already in 2009 they discovered 72 kilos of flu vaccine material, about to be given to millions of Europeans, was contaminated with live H5N1 Bird flu virus which would have caused a full scale pandemic if it was not caught. Bird flu virus has a 70% kill rate too, with no cure.
