@nycresistance Hello NYCResistance.
Yes, I see a blatant display of favoritism and selective justice. Raymond Kelly is the epitome of corruption, and his son is no doubt a scoundrel. I wonder if the district attorney will even charge Greg with any crime. You know he would be charged in an instant if he were perhaps a Latino, or Black young man going to school, or work, or simply existing. It is a sad state of affairs for that which had been a great city. Corrupt M*ther F*ckers ...

This all smells a bit shady. I'm not saying she didn't get raped, but she was def up to some shady shiz that night.

@nycresistance even if he did do it you know what's going to happen, nothing ! Smh. I won't be surprised if she gets paid off to lie either.

@TinyMcLarge You have a point, the system definitely likes to blackmail their own minions when they don't do as they're told but I think he did it because his father is the police Commissioner and he thought she would be to scared to report it. They are already beginning to retract the story as Daddy Kelly does damage control for his alleged sex crazed rapist son. I wouldn't be surprised if the woman is mysteriously found hanging in her apartment with a suicide note at her feet.

The story they put together for this one is going to be better than anything you can watch on MTV!
What's so strange about this case is when an average hotel maid accused millionaire IMF director Strauss Kahn of rape he was immediately arrested and taken into custody. Now we have a paralegal accusing the Police Commissioner's son of the same thing and they refuse to arrest him like they would anyone else. Does anyone see a problem with this ?

@nycresistance - It's because the D.A .LEARNED that they should NOT have jumped to conclusions. That is why charges were dropped against Kahn. He was in jail for weeks for NOTHING. Kellys' accuser waited 3 months, texted him, continued contact with him AFTER the alleged attack and you want him arrested? For what? being the commissioners' son? Do you want ALL people to go to jail on charges from 'questionable' victims? Be careful what you want for what is good for the goose is good for gander.

@4stripguy The D.A. waited until Strauss Kahn lost his position as the IMF director before the charges were dropped which was no coincidence. As for the text to Greg Kelly from the alleged rape victim, she asked him "why did you do that" indicating he had done something wrong to her. Furthermore everyone knows that the NYPD are a murderous gang of criminals so of-coarse she would be hesitant to report her rape to an organization that could kill her to protect the Commissioner's son.
