They are Pterophyllum scalare redback. It's a species found near Manucapuru, Brazil.

yes, these are NOT altums; altums have thicker vertical stripes and are brown to dark brown in color. these angels are special in a sense that i've never seen its kind before; black vertical stripes with red colorations especially on the tail.

this is from Brazil , Pterophyllum sp.
Have other var. very similar but only red shoulders , diferent.
my new angels is head and shoulders , very reds
