WOW! I live in Houston,TX!! We were out of power for 3 weeks! It was the worst days of my life! but thankfully nothing bad happened to all of us! I hadn't seen how bad Galveston was hit like a month ago I went to galveston and it didn't look like how the pictures showed! Wow thid shows how texans can stick together and become a huge family! Also The picture from time 3:26 was really unbelievable, one house perfectly standing and everything around it destroyed! =O

God Bless Texas! I live in Mississippi and we had Katrina, me and my boyfriend would visit Crystal Beach and Galveston Island, and it was so beautiful. My boyfriend is working in Bridge City helping to rebuild right now, good luck, my prayers and thoughts are with ya'll!

Yeah all my family is in Magnolia and lost alot of HUGE oak trees and such but was only without electric for a week. I grew up in Magnolia!! Glad you guys are all okay! I feel so bad for everyone from Bolivar and Galveston and the other small communities around there. I have friends who lived in Port Bolivar and are still missing and on the missing list... sigh... very very sad.

Thank you for a great video. We endured the storm just north of Houston with only a week of no power or water, a small inconvenience compared to the folks living along the coast who have gone through a life-changing disaster and are STILL living it! It is so sad to see places you know and love destroyed like toys. Yes, Mother Nature is awesome.

Thanks from Magnolia, TX
