Alex Lovell, Chris Vacher and weatherman Ian Fergusson finish the BBC-1 evening programme on Friday 13 February 2009. The gorgeous Alex Lovell, originally trained as an actress and now a popular favourite for Points West viewers, joined the presenting team in 2005 from outside the BBC, including presenting for Disney Channel and Channel 5's daily quiz show 'Brainteaser'. Chris Vacher, an ex-Navy officer, is a longstanding stalwart of this regional programme with a sizeable fan-base and renowned for his wide collection of ties. 'Housewives favourite' Ian Fergusson, originally a shark biologist working in wildlife TV, has become a regular weatherman on the show since around May 2008.
There is a weatherman on about 2:am on new 24 , he is so funny when he presents. One time loads of rain was coming, and he went " its like someone just took a massive crayon and drew all over the country! "

John was on ITV a few years ago and a main presenter there and long before Ian 'The Suit' Fergie appeared on Points West. Yes Bristolianblonde, they do look a bit similar though but no, not brothers i am sure! And hey Weatherwatcher, make sure future videos are the right aspect ratio, this is not right, the 16-9 is squashed to 4-3 dude.

Oooh, Ian Fergusson and John Hammond rock my boat, the two best (and best looking) BBC weathermen, are they brothers separated when young?! Thanks for posting this video!
