Life via UNSW is a short documentary that captures the lifestyles, opinions and perspectives of theatre student Trent, arts student Doris, international student Gemma, and full time parents/students Damen and Annalese.

This documentary provides insight into university life and its associated challenges. Video footage, animation and an originally composed soundtrack combine to create an accurate, interesting and humorous portrayal of life via university.

  • nice courses.. from diffrent places... very nice..

  • @ sydneygayboi, I know, right? hahaha I feel like I'm in Asia every day at uni

  • 2:05 what a whiny bitch. would take me like 2hrs...no complaints.

  • I went there before. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MY MONEY. CLUBS, BBQ AND EVEN THE CHRISTIAN CLUBS ARE ALL MONEY MINDED!!!

  • refreshingly different

  • I love the UNSW, i play on the cricket side get heavily in the student life and promote it to anyone and everyone. But I have i have to say ever since VSU began the University is letting its students down as expressed here in the video.

If UNSW wants to regain its mantle of being the top educational institute in Australia it will have to bring back the 14 week semester, CSU and stop selling out its student, most of whom love UNSW.

  • I go to UNSW aswell.I havnt bought much have the prices gone up?

I've joined Arc. It's better than people make it out 2b. u get 5 drink vouchers 4 the uni bar & the arc stores(close to $80 value all up)plus other vouchers. So if u join 2 clubs just those2 sets of vouchers alone make it cheaper. Plus ur helping arc who are here 2 help us & if people dont join the fees will increase & may become manditory. This is all due to union fees not being compulsory people altleast we're not paying $500.

  • Groups

Arc charges $40 per club you join + the club sign up fee

if you join Arc for $149 you can join for free

worth it if you plan to join 4 or more

This puts me off to join anything

I like the new Free Uniwide

I dont like the destruction of the old student guild, source, no more cheap food around uni, everything is expensive

used to love the old shop at badabagan, $5-6 chicken shitzel and chips and salad

And lets not forget the shortening of the semester from 14 weeks to 12

  • i totally agree about the general consensus regarding the culture of the University. I feel that the university is in danger of losing sight of the value of knowledge as an ends in and of itself and focusing too much on quantifiable outcomes . It is definitely one of the least family friendly universities, certain faculties more than others.

  • and yes i agree with u tamlac, the food is wayy to overpriced!!
