you speak of the absolute truth like it is something everyone is looking for. Absolute truth is your made up word to try to get other ignorant people to follow your hocus pocus ideas.

you are an idiot my friend....you are trying to label athiests as bad people by saying there is no morals or right and wrong in those people. When did atheists ever say they dont beleive in right or wrong?.....who are you to judge you self ritcheous bible thumper. you fake christians needs to pull your head out of your ass and other peoples business

Do you believe in god because like many your afraid to not believe or, do believe out of a genuine love of god? Also if god exists do you think he cares if you believe in him? What kind of god if he is truly almighty would care if you believed? It seems that god is a little petty to care if we believe in him and, to demand we whorship him.

How can you know? Have you "absolutely searched out the entire known universe to make sure that it's absolutely true that there absolutely" is a god? Researched and proven what? A book written hundreds of years ago? Is there proof that the events described in this book are so accurate that millions of people are under the delusion of the ideas of this book and generations of people will be forced to believe it?

@scrollonanarrow You can't even answer that yourself. Please try. I'd love to hear it.

You mean, how are we sentient? People have been wondering that for ages, and I suppose that's why we invented words like "soul" and "spirit," to account for the difference between us and, say, a rock. We've been "infused" with some "essence" that makes us different.
But our bodies aren't hulls that some deity poured a spirit into. We are animals, and we react and think because it helped our ancestors survive. Heard of the FOXP2 gene? That's the only reason you can speak and understand language.

First off, let it be known that selection is in no way random. The mutation that caused the variation may have been random. But whether or not it is selected for in nature depends entirely on how beneficial it is to the individual and its population.
What evidence for creation do you have? 'Cause I have lots for evolution.
You're right in saying that atheists don't claim to believe in any deity. I don't believe in unicorns either. But, IF someone brought me indisputable proof of the existence of a sky person who created me (poof!), I would have to reconsider my beliefs. And I would!
But, let's see. After all of the archaeological/genetic evidence we've given you guys... you STILL have the gall to make a video like this?

Thanks for your response RJ! And thanks for your comment..you make a very valid pint..I too do not believe in unicorns, but if I were presented with some good evidence, I'd be bound to reconsider...
Peace

I don't have time to write a proper rebutal here, but perhaps i would make a video outlining a brush stroke of some of the scientific evidence for Intelligent design. For now, we can leave Jesus and the Bible out of the debate, and focus on the scientific evidence for intelligent design..I am convinced that there is more hard, emperical science pointing towards this fact, than towards cold, unguided, random selection....

more to come..
In the meantime, ponder: "How is it that matter can somehow assemble itself into such a form that it can contemplate itself?"
