Emma Smith is not just a great person but a great athlete, at just 16 years of age she has accomplished what some Trampoline Gymnasts, have only achieved at the peak in their sporting career, and Emma is only just at the beggining. She proves herself to be a dedicated and hard-working athlete and a Olympic Hopeful for 2012 and 2016.

  • Trampolines are so much fun, even if you cant do anything close to this video, and great exercise as well. Makes me sad that lawyers have pretty much scared everyone away from having them in the US.

  • @RambOFreAc talk is cheap.

  • @TheSoccerstar463 hahahahaha My Sisters Name Is Emma Smith But She isnt into athletics (boo) :D

  • Omg, why do you dislike the video?

  • Haha my name is Emma Smith and people say i am really good athlete

  • @RambOFreAc she competed at these competition years ago. She recently came second at the Varna World Cup and has become the first woman to compete three triples in one routine. She is also tied with the same world record degree of difficulty of 15.6DD with Irina Karavaeva... Good luck competing against that.

  • @aeromonkeyluver This weekend she had a startvalue of 15.6, the highest ever achieved by a woman

So I have the feeling she already made it;)

  • @Engelmitgebrochenenf My coach knows her and he says that she does about 6 hours trampolining a week but 25 hours strength training. And in competitions you have 10 bounces to do your thing. Each move has a difficulty score but you also get marked on neatness. So it's a combination. Also some comps you have set moves which you must include. You see how she is very tidy and straight? That is what us mere mortals aim for. I'm only at Grade H in competitions (qualified Nov '10) Good luck Emma!

  • @FlippinTitan2010 iPhone geek ;>>
