Actually, you cannot make mozzarella like that. What you described is Panir or Queso Blanco. Also, if you added rennet to milk that was that hot, it would NOT work, heat destroys the action of rennet.
aww this is to bad, it must be a low lighted rastaurant ambient or night time. A camera light or night vision would of helped or increase in light. Thank you for trying do, really wanted to see it.
