This video helped me a lot. I'm a teenager with kind of a busy schedule. I've struggled with my weight since I was about 9 years old, and I currently weigh about 186 lbs. I'm starting the Slim Fast 321 plan when I go to the store with my mom and get it. I will be starting softball again soon along with running for my exercise during this program. My best friend was about the same size as me last year as I am now & she did the Slim Fast 321 and it worked awesome for her. I'm very excited! <3
