shogun 2 graphics problem

erratic graphics happens even at lowest graphics settings, i checked all cables to make sure they are secured and in the right place and updated the drivers. The game has the new Directx11 patch but it totally does not work and it freezes the pc. I have revert back to direct x9 to play the game with the crappy graphics.

update drivers, select manual cooling fan in ATI control panel 30-40%, install more case fans to keep it cool. or try to exchange your videocard.
