  • You forgot the fact that many commercial pet food companies source their ingredients from foreign countries and support unfair trade and unfair labor.

  • @hilgy1188 so do you think we can survive without meat? because i know a small part of the world with people who eat only raw natural food and they live to be 130+

  • @shaithinshoe And lab rats, monkeys, cow/pig/sheep hooves, intestines, brains, blood, sawdust, motor oil...etc....

  • @GoneToTheeDogs Oh, okay, well thank you for your information.

  • @xxxAirmidxxx Research. I heard about this claim about pets or disease animals in pet food, so I did A LOT of research on it. Videos, articles, asking questions, finding people who actually work in the industry, reading the laws regarding rendering. It's all there. Rendering plants make specific "recipes" They can't just toss dead dogs/cats/disease animals into the pot to get more bang for their buck because that tampers with their product. It'd be bad all around.

  • @GoneToTheeDogs Where do you get your information from do you work at a food processing plant?

  • @xxxAirmidxxx Not really, they don't. That would be a health code violation. Rendering plants send their products to a number of companies. Not just pet food. Most companies that use stuff from rendering plants create products for human use.

  • @GoneToTheeDogs Oh well yea if it's already dead on arrival I read they used diseased animals too.

  • @xxxAirmidxxx Yes, they do. The first put air in between the skin and muscles to separate the hide to skin for a different use. They skin the cow, string it by it's foot with a chain, and drop it into a blender. That is rendering. Those cows aren't used for human food, but rather other products....makeup, pet food, etc. These cows are usually dead on arrival. Much different than the human meat packing industry.
