NEW BOOK: "Get Your RN Faster -- Bypass RN School Wait Lists"

RELEASED BY LEADING ADVISOR TO REGISTERED NURSING STUDENTS

Those seeking RN degree learn to start sooner & sidestep hurdles at GetYourRNFaster.com

Philadelphia, PA, January 25, 2011-- New book "Get Your RN Faster -- How YOU Can Bypass RN School Wait Lists and Get On Your Way To Making More Money FAST... While Helping Others!" shows those aspiring to be nurses how to get their accredited RN degree sooner and easier through respected online programs.

The book was written by Joy Porter, a leading Independent Nursing Education Consultant who has helped thousands learn about online nursing programs. "There simply weren't enough hours in the day to help the huge number of people wanting to earn their RN, so I wrote the book to get this important information to an ever wider audience," Porter said. "Get Your RN Faster" is available at www.GetYourRNFaster.com.

Being a Registered Nurse is the fifth most popular career in the United States with more than 2.58 million registered nurses earning an average of $66,530 per year. "RN's earn excellent money with just a bachelor's degree. Plus you can't beat the satisfaction and fulfillment that come from being a nurse," Porter said.

The rapidly expanding health care industry coupled with many existing RN's approaching retirement has made the shortage of RN's even more dire. Many traditional nursing schools now have long waiting lists packed with applicants hoping to one day help meet the demand. "My book tells anyone who wants their RN degree how to avoid nursing school waiting lists. You can study now and won't have to put your education off for months or years," Porter said. Many of her students have earned their RN degrees online before they would have been admitted to a traditional nursing program.

"Get Your RN Faster" shows aspiring nurses how to study at their own pace and on their own schedule, avoid classrooms and many long term papers, avoid taking Algebra and Chemistry, and count past college courses even dating back decades. Students are shown a single multiple choice test that compresses months of study. Many are able to reduce the cost of getting their RN degree by half.

Online nursing programs date back decades and have trained hundreds of thousands of working RN's. Many of the programs are operated by state university systems and well-known private institutions. All are fully accredited by appropriate regional and professional accrediting agencies.

  • @BrennanKingsland thanks for sharing your experience. So many people are being harmed by traditional methods and their stresses. I hope people will stay open to going online and all the ways that can help them achieve their calling

  • This video is important news for anyone wanting to become an RN. Nursing schools make it so difficult to get in that it's no wonder there is a nursing shortage. When I was completing my degree, I was stressed to the max because it seemed that the instructors wanted to eliminate anyone who "can't take the stress", but I believe more people could become wonderful and caring nurses if it didn't take so long or have to be such a painful and stressful process.
