So much for an intelligent response from you

Many of these programs should be implemented nationwide, and as a senator, Franken could work to make that happen, both in Minnesota and the rest of the country. As he says in the ad, "These are common-sense, win-win proposals for Minnesota and the nation."

He's gonna slam republicans so bad, they'll be afraid to say anything because he can make them look really really dumb.

Al is going to make C-span even better. I can't wait. Go get em Al.

cplkv20208, what is it about a commercialized renewable energy industry that bothers you?

how is the light rail going in Phoenix?

This makes you feel all warm and nice but it sounds like he is running for governor rather than U.S. Senator. This ad is basically a promise to get a bunch of stuff for Minn. That's fine if you are running for governor but to even attempt these promises, he would need to be the earmark king.
As an aside, ask anyone in Phoenix outside of the mayor's office how light rail is going there.

I listened to Al's radio show for years and developed a great appreciation for his intelligence, fairness, and depth of knowledge. Unfortunately, I'm not a resident of MN, but how I wish I could cast a vote for him!
MN would be very fortunate to have a man with those qualities AND warmth and wit representing them in the U.S. Senate.
GOOD LUCK, AL!
