europa - Czech anti-Roma scandal

Czech television has stopped broadcasting anti-Roma political advertising by the far-right National Party, ahead of the European elections.  The video promoted, quote-unquote: "a final solution to the Gypsy question".
 
Roma have suffered from rising extremist violence recently in the Czech Republic. Prime Minister Jan Fischer said he believed the advert constituted criminal incitement to racial hatred.
 
The government's Media Commission chairman Vitezslav Jandak said: "If somebody offers a 'final solution', it reminds me of something. I think higher law should apply here: moral law.  I am very glad that Czech TV has pulled these spots."
 
The term 'final solution' is strongly associated with extermination policy in WWII, against minorities disenfranchised by Hitler -- mostly Jews but also Roma.
 
The previous Czech government sought unsuccessfully to crack down on extremism after a wave of neo-Nazi marches and attacks on  Roma. The 'final solution' outrage has brought renewed calls, to include banning the National Party and the similarly-oriented Workers Party.

Almost all czech citizens have experienced abusing, thefts, violence from romas. so its not a racism if u say romas are bad, its just a simplification, cause not all are bad, but still many clearly act bad.

I live in Romania and we have the biggest romas in EUROPE , did u know that the name ROMA is invented to persecute hard working Romanians .

Romanians are Latin people but ROMAS come from Indian tribes ( also called gitanes or Gipsyes )

This has nothing to do with racism. The czech government is just looking for an excuse to get rid of a nationalist/third positionist voting alternative.

One more thing I would like to add to this video. According to czech law, the Czech TV is owned by Czech state and provide public service. So the duty of this TV is to broadcast advertise for each political party (only some time before elections). And as far as I know, they did not broatcast this anti-Roma advertise at all, it was banned short time after they get the video.

@view587 The biggest problem in CR is however lack of well educated gypsies. And the responsibility for that is on both sides! A lot of things that goverment do are worthless or even with opposite effect. But still if parents don't wont their childlren to be educated, anything you do will be useless. You have to tell them and convinced them, why is it so important for their children to have at least intermediate school, first.
