I'm from Minnesota, and I've gotta be honest, I didn't get a lot of the gags in this movie until someone else explained them to me; I didn't get that they were supposed to be funny...

I agree with a post farther down, I absolutely love this movie to death, it is the greatest masterpiece ever and perfect in every aspect.. "I just don't understand" (in a northern Minnesota accent) why the need for all the swearing... It didn't help the film and outcastes it out of most of the lives it could have touched by being an r... Sad

It's the 'theme' from the movie. I believe it's called "Fargo, North Dakota" by Carter Burwell
