  • This mub/brick house was built about 40 years ago. the walls are very thick to stand up to the violent storms they experience in El Salvador. I would estimate the walls to be 16" thick. The bricka rare layed in place while they are still not 100% dried...that way they kind of mould into each other making for a better fit.

  • I am wondering why they used different lenght of bricks. But the structure looks great! Did they use a mold anyway or is it hand-made?

  • @MrBingie they used the same thing the bricks are made from, earth...

  • what did they use to cement the bricks I'm wondering if you can mud for that to , not that I would just wondering
