In 2007, Kyrgyzstan was shocked by a malpractice scandal in which dozens of young children were infected with HIV through tainted injections. But now that many of the kids are old enough to start school, their parents are wondering how to tell them about their condition -- and how to deal with fear and prejudice in their communities.
