What's interesting about this song is, basically it was commissioned by a Harp company as a commercial piece to show of their new type of harp.

It shouldn't be too hard. There are several Debussy's Complete Orchestral Works CD boxes available, you can find this on all of them.

I heard her yesterday in Budapest. She is just a FANTASTIC harp player, one of the bests.
