Do lots of groin stretches, like sitting in a straddle and trying to get your chest onto the floor, I've been doing them and it's getting better, very slowly xD
Also it hurts my knees :( I mainly get pain in my knees when i try and stretch for the middle splits. I just dont see to see any improvment no matter how much stretching i do! I have both right and left splits, and table height oversplits on both legs.
@hatermyname i know what happened to her arm, me being here best friend, she was trying to jump on to the iron gym from a little plastic chair, over jumped it and trying to catch herself, fell weird heard a snap, and broke. but she broke it friday.
I agree on wanting help with middle splits. I've followed advice in ur other vids, but I always feel like I'm about to tear something when I try. Like, right where the legs connect to the groin like there's a tendon there or something and it always feels like that's gonna freakin' tear if I go anymore!
