The ball all Roto Grip fan's have been waiting for... Hear PBA Champions Wes Malott and Brian Kretzer take on the new Roto Grip Theory™. Roto Grip PBA Tour Consultant Chris Schlemer also stars!
The colors the ball manufactures use are there for a purpose. Certain pigments and colors work well together and give a desired motion and or allow the ball companies to dial in the motion that they want for that particular ball. GREAT example is the Ebonite Mission, which was almost green instead of red. The red was the only color that gave them the ball numbers in terms of RG and Diff that they needed and read the lane the way they were looking for!
I'm sure it's a great ball - just like the Cell. Is it just me, or does anyone else think red-and-blue-with-gold-lettering has been overdone on bowling balls? Sure, there are limited color combinations, and manufacturers release craploads of balls these days ensuring lots of visual duplication; however, it seems more apparent to me with Storm and Roto Grip equipment. (In the same vein, Ebonite seems to really love their teal blue, and Storm loves their purple as well.)
