ive just watched this video for the first time and aside from the sound going out like 30 seconds in i still do not understand how you did this with a flathead, the screws are small as fuck and that metal piece is not easy at all to break in the bottom four screws. I BE STUCK SON

Probably a hardware store like home depot or something. If they don't have it ask a specialist for stores that may sell it.

Also the screwdriver that is made for those screws is a torq security, size t8. I just had a regular torq screwdriver, just a regular star shaped one. the security has the hole in the middle to accomodate for that stupid nob in the middle of the screw.

Dude that is sooooo sneaky, hiding the last screw that i could not find under A FUCKING STICKER. I know microsoft wants to keep ppl from modding controllers, but i legitimately needed to fix mine, my stupid mic broke off inside the controller.

Dude, my fucking mic broke off in the damn controller, now im sittin here breaking the pins with a philips head, and unscrewing them with a star head screwdriver, this shit is SOOOO ANNNOYING.
