THAT BEAST IS ALIVE!!!
This Tamiya Scania R 620 Tractor Truck took me 5 days to build - and it was great fun! It is equipped with the MFC-01 multi function control unit that provides light and sound. Color is Tamiya Gun metal. The semi trailer will follow later...

  • does the transmitter come with it

  • @BIGFOOTNICK1

no, transmitter & receiver cost extra. as well as the sound & light module.

  • so nice, to bad it's 380 euro here :(

  • @fsxnoob

buy it in hongkong via ebay, I did it too. Then it´s only 190 €.

  • real good job

do you need the mfu for the lights and to get the 5th wheel to work (want one but worried the mfu might empty the pockets too much)

n was there alot of soldering involved

    cheers

  • @tanksngunsify

the MFC is necessary for the lights, but there´s nothing (or not much) to solder, it´s all connected by plugs.

  • Nice video, prob the best of the truck on YouTube, because you explain and show. WHAT you have your lights on the truck to controll not your transmitter?????? That ruined all the fun, it's gotta be realistic not for you you to walk to the truck every time.....

Well whatever! Did your truck come with the MFC? where did you buy it?

  • i am from grrece crete....the url of the store that sells models like this pls:))))))))))

  • what radio do u use ??

  • how long did it take to build plzzzzz replyy

  • hi mate very awesome truck are you going to get a trailer for it

  • @NThusiast

You CAN operate the lights with the controler! IT IS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Also the reversing lights can be added if you follow the instructions for the knight hauler in the mfu instructions. Just drill holes in the light units to accomodate the leds (should be supplied). See my volvo on you tube. redhat29.
