I honestly have no idea. Worship songs get done and redone endlessly, and I have no idea who first did my version. I've heard jazz compositions of it, blues compositions of it, and anything else you can think of. I assume you can find it on one worship sheet music site or another.
I just wing it by memory from my days as a Catholic school kid. I never had to learn the actual third part, which is probably why I couldn't remember it for this video.
