Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg and the Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister talked about the Geneva talks. Davit Nalbandov presented the violations, occurring at the administrative border to the Commission for Human rights. The diplomats also talked about the UN Mandate in Georgia. Thomas Hammarberg said, the international organization should maintain the monitoring function in the conflict regions. He said, it is important that the parties agreed on how to cope with the incidents occurring at the administrative border and suppress the crime and violence there. Patrolling of mixed international forces is necessary for this.
