This has been my favorite hynn, and now it is excised from my churdh's hymnal - as of 1990s. Seems very relevant today. I'm just an old person - still working, but of the Boomers. Why can't we have nit now????

@TheHansonFamily I guess since " they" figured the Cold War was over, it was okay to delete it! But there's ALWAYS war, unfortunately, and so the hymn should be restored. Also, it is a rousing musical piece!The deletion of it is a real disservice to our armed forces. Let's hope theyi don't get rid of the Navy Hlym as well!
