@piercehyland The timeline is the place where you put all the clips you want in your project. I don't know whats it's real name is so I just call it the timeline. btw make sure the "Show Advanced Options" box is checked before you do this.
@DrGamerGuy You just put the clip you want in the back-round on the Timeline normally and then choose the clip you want in the corner and drag it on top of the original clip with the red bar where you want it to start and then you hit "Picture in Picture" when the sidebar comes up. make sure the backround clip is longer than the one over it.
