This song was written July 30th, 2009 in the tiny mountain community of Wells, BC. Singer and songwriters David Francey and Craig Werth led a workshop for songwriters of all varieties and talents for four days through The Island Mountain Arts school. Three of the workshop participants came together to write this song together. David Newberry, Janine Stoll and James Lamb co-wrote Train Wreck one evening after class and recorded the song during The ArtsWells Festival. The song was captured by engineer/musician/producer Corwin Fox. In this video you'll see Janine, David and James singing lead parts with help from David Francey, Craig Werth, Miss Emily Brown and Corwin Fox on backups.
Enjoy!
