I started calling my mom by her first name when she worked together also. It felt unprofessional to call her mom in front of customers. So I find that I still call her Judy instead of mom still even though we haven't worked together for several years

@kickstand927 Haha... I sometimes would say "mom" if a customer was being a little rude and I wanted them to know who they were dealing with.
