Della and Mel are great together. I love Mel. He had the most beautiful mellow jazz voice, and it seemed to get better with age. I always felt, like too many other great jazz singers of his era, that he never really got the full credit he deserved. But for those of us who appreciated him and still appreciate him, he will live in our hearts forever. Thank you Mel and Della for not only your talents but your kind gentle spirit that you always seemed to evoke.
