'Bush to Beijing' a film by Kenneth "KJ" Martin

KJ is an integral part of the Canning Stock Route Project team. He lives in Halls Creek with his wife and family. His mother's people come from north of Halls Creek in Gija country and his father's people come from the area around Doon Doon Station. He developed a passion for filmmaking after the birth of his first daughter and developed these skills while working as Audio Visual Project Officer for the Kimberley Language Resource Centre. KJ has subsequently completed a Certificate 3 at Goolarri Media and works as a deejay on Halls Creek radio.
