  • Yes Gillian was born in Chicago, but she lived in London until she was 11. She spoke with a British accent right up until college before she could actually "get rid of it" - so to speak. Now she just finds it easy to slide between the two, depending on who she's with. It's actually quite amusing sometimes as sometimes she doesn't even realize she's doing it ;)

  • @jesushatesyoutoo

Although a british accent is her natural accent (Ive seen video of her when she was a teenager and she spoke with an accent) I think when she is in America she tries to speak with her American accent. Probably so she doesn’t freak out her fans too much

  • Did not watch.....ad

  • @jesushatesyoutoo Have you ever seen The X-Files? She doesn't speak with a British accent in the show either and you wanna know why? Because she's not British she's American, born in Chicago.

  • How can you all say that this was a such tragic event!! Talkin about what she should give you!! Ewww you ppl amaze me at how much u comment dirty not saddness!!

  • she should give me a blow job :)

  • Why Is Gillian speaking without her British accent?

  • Gillian Anderson still looks hot :) Actually she has matured very well.

I think all of humanity remembers what happened that day. I remember almost everything that happened that day. Feelings, thoughts, who I talked to and all of the smells and sounds while watching the unfolding events.

I imagine it was similar to the JFK assassination, and the Moon Landing for those old enough to have witnessed those events.

In moments of tragedy or spectacle humanity unites for a few precious hours.

    :P
