I only started watching Wallander about 1 month ago. What a fantastic detective series. Very, very good. Much better than most of the american cop shows. I did not realise the actress who played Linda Wallander died!! How sad. What a beautiful looking woman and so young. My condolences. And well done on a wonderful show.

Sjukt att hon valde att ta livet av sig och lämna barnet helt ensamt, ingen bra utväg.. men det måste ju fortarande finnas en tragisk anledning till varför hon valde just den utvägen.

I discovered Wallender about a year ago, and it is one of the best things on TV ever made. I was shocked tio discover that the beautiful and talented actrss Johanna Sallstrom had died between the two series. It's such a tragic loss, made all the more poignant by the somewhat melancholic pace to Wallender. You had already died when I first discovered you Johanna, but that doesn't make my discovery about your death any less sad.

to her death,no disresspect from when i first watched her on wallander she did look like a manic depressive,at times almost lifeless probably under medication,i looked on wilkipeadia it said salstrom experienced the 2004 indian ocean tsunami in thailand with her then 1 year old daughter,they only survived because she held on to a tree with one hand and held her daughter in her other hand. She must have seen so much death out there enough to break anyone, what a loss,REST IN PEACE dear,undrstdbl

as a soccerfan i never watched much else on tv a year a go i could not get out to go clubbing so stayed in saturday night watched wallander, it was a delight saw the end of the shows then at the end of the script details actors,actresses this young ladys picture comes on,i was shocked it was her,a year later the first series is being repeated for the last 4 weeks its been on ive had the knowledge of johanna sallstroms death so i was intriged to find out what happened what drove her

The rare talent, the pure emotions she had to express thru her characters on film.. The loss of Johanna is bigger then we can ever imagine.. <3
