It's a brilliant idea to place the operator's seat on a trailer!
So the tractor itself can be very precise scaled to the original.

WOW! That's amazing! I can actually appreciate the amount of work and effort that has gone in to creating this masterpiece as quite literally a couple of days ago (just before Christmas) my Dad has finished building his own WM Allchin Royal Chester traction engine! He has even gone the extra mile and made his own nuts, bolts, screws and even all the springs he made himself from some piano wire! :) The only video I have so far is when we steamed it up in 2008.
