Hi Nancy,
Today is day one of the VLCD on sublingual. It is a good thing that I am doing sublingual AND that I had a filter because I broke the ampule - even with the ampule cutter!!
Congrats and thanks for letting me know about Laura's Beef - I can get that in the store.

I was thinking that you could make a video showing how to mix hCG for injections whenever you mix your new batch. If people could see a video at least once with clear step by step instructions it would take the fear out of mixing. Your voice and videos are clear.

You may want to caution folks to use a towel or something rather than breaking with their hands. I know it isn't a huge risk, but it could be botched and someone could get a booboo;)
