do you know how to make the tools in gimp (brushes and stuff in the window) stay in the corner of the screen like the computer versions because the laptop version you have to move the tool window about and it gets annoying?

How do I install this if I installed my GIMP in alternative location (e.g. D:\GIMP\)? Currently after installing the package I get only two themes to choose from - MS windows and Raleigh which are both available in GIMP's preferences BTW.
